The Weber Experience – part II

Today it is Ascension day (Hemelvaartsdag). Only 2 days left before Tim leaving for his holiday. Since we scheduled tomorrow for buying our cooking material.  We had only one chance to test the gas barbeque this morning. This time we were able to generate enough heat to grill the short rib meat with gentle tiger stripes. We’re happy to say that we found our final recipe for the Korean Taco. The meat was tender and juicy. And finally in combination with the corn tortilla there was enough flavor coming from the meat. It was a good day for us. :-)

The Weber Experience


Yesterday a friend borrowed me his Weber gas barbeque for a new try-out.  Although more convenient then a charcoal bbq, Tim and I both missed the smokey flavor from the charcoal. This week we’re going to test the Weber more for getting a better flavor. From next week Tim is going on a holiday with his family, so only a few days left for preparing ourselves untill the CinemAsia Film Festival. Be sure to join and support us on May 30!
