Looking For Volunteers
The biggest challenge we face is the unfamiliarity of Korean food and (in some ways) Mexican food with the mainstream public in the Netherlands. Of course everyone knows chili beans or wraps and taco chips. But how we’re going to explain that the combination of Korean grilled short-rib in a Mexican tortilla mixed with onion-chilantro (ui-koriander) relish/ spicy Korean red pepper salsa/ lettuce with soya-lemon marinade and topped off with roasted sesame seeds is the most delicious street food people can buy? There for we hope YOU can help us with spreading the Word! For our first official try-out we’re looking for volunteers to support us and promote the Korean Taco during the CinemAsia film festival on May 30.
For people who don’t know us. Tim and I are enthusiastic (amateur) food-geeks who want to bring the most delicious Korean (fusion) food to the street.
