Food trend prediction 2011: Year of the Korean Food (!?)
Helloo again!
It has been a while since our last post. Besides Korean food Tim and I were both busy on many fronts. Now the year is almost near the end we can conclude this has been a remarkable year for us. We are planning to make next year even more remarkable. Last week it already started with the publication of the annual book of Dutch food trends 2011 by Marjan Ippel. There is a short piece written about us and in particular the Korean Taco. Also Korean food like kimchi and Korean green tea have a note worthy mention in the book.
On top of that, Korean food may finally get its deserved global break through (well … global as in US of A) since Epicurious the food blog site put Korean cuisine in the top 10 Food trend for 2011. See article: Food Trend Predictions in 2011
